I used to struggle to figure out what was for dinner every day.

I was tired of the daily misery, and I knew there had to be a better way. I knew there were people who seemed to know how to plan their meals, and if they could do it, I was confident that I could do it, too.

There were a lot of spreadsheets available, but I was already struggling with both time and motivation! I didn’t have enough of either to spend on endless spreadsheets. I would try a new spreadsheet and it would last for less than a week before I gave up on it and started searching for the next thing.

But then… the spreadsheets. So. Many. Spreadsheets.

After failing to succeed with spreadsheets, I started working on my own system. I wanted something that would let me gain control of my mealtime stress, but also didn’t outsource my meal choices to a faceless email group that didn’t know my tastes or my family’s likes and dislikes. I wanted to make food we loved, save money, and get my evenings back. After a LOT of trial and error, I figured it out.

I was doing things all wrong.

By relying on spreadsheets, I wasn’t thinking about our schedule, our tastes, and what really worked for my family. Once I started thinking about that, things started to fall into place. I understood why that old system hadn’t worked for me.

  1. Spreadsheets are impersonal. My family isn’t.

By trying to make our life fit the spreadsheet, I was running into constant frustration when what was on the list didn’t match the time, ingredients, or cravings we were having. We needed a system that didn’t require my family to fit into a plan. We needed a plan that worked around us.

2. A meal plan needs to be flexible. Spreadsheets aren’t.

Sometimes, things come up! Even if I bought all the groceries, something might get used up before I get to it. (Does anyone else’s family have this problem with orange juice?) I needed a method where things weren’t set in stone, or where I could modify the plan easily if something changed.

I gave up on making someone else’s plan work for my family.

I abandoned all the spreadsheets I had spent so much time on and started meal planning a new way. A flexible way. A way that would only take a few minutes, didn’t rely on this week being just like last week, and was easy to modify if I needed. Not only did it work, but I always had an answer to “What’s for dinner?” and I was saving money and time as well.

That first month I really figured it out, I saved HUNDREDS of dollars. I threw out next to nothing, and I had more time with my family with less stress.

That time means everything to me. Ten years from now, twenty, thirty, I won’t remember what I made for dinner. But I will remember the time I was able to spend with my family, the things we were able to do with the extra money, and the benefits we all got from eating healthy, home-cooked meals.

On top of all that, I’m so much happier and more present with my family.

Now, I’m able to spend more time relaxing and only think about what to have for dinner for 10 minutes… in a whole week.

I don’t spend my days worrying about whether my family will eat what I’m serving. I don’t find myself searching the web thinking, “Gosh, there has to be something better than this!”

I found the better thing.

A flexible, easy-to-follow meal plan that lets me slow down, spend time with the people I love, and save money on my grocery bill (and we’re not even going to talk about the price of eating out!) has been an absolute 180-degree turn for my life. And the beautiful thing is, it isn’t hard at all.

Once you start thinking about meal planning in a new way, it’s impossible to go back to the same spreadsheet-filled drudgery that it felt like before.

Now that I know how easy it is, I’ll never rely on weekly spreadsheets again.

I’m so passionate about the way this meal planning method has changed my life that now I’m showing others how they can have the same thing.

The same peace. The same flexibility. The same stress-free dinner time!

I help people escape the supper stress by thinking like a meal planner. With my method, it’s easy to use what you already know to design a flexible meal plan that uses your favorite foods and meets your meal plan goals. This system is so easy to personalize that it effortlessly fits any meal plan goal. Wanting to lose weight? Eat healthier? Going gluten free? Just wanting to save time and money? It’s all possible with this meal planning system, and in only 10 minutes a week.

Does this sound like you?

  1. You constantly find yourself online looking for a way out of your dinner time woes.

Maybe you’re tired of spending your lunch break worrying about what you’re going to make for dinner. Maybe you would like to use your downtime to do something more fun than worry about what you’re going to feed your family and yourself for the next meal. Maybe you just want to be able to think about something else.

This is how you get to that something else - by doing all your meal planning in just 10 minutes.

2. You’ve tried multiple methods in the past without finding a solution.

You’ve tried spreadsheet after spreadsheet that hasn’t worked for you, and you’re frustrated and dissatisfied. If it seems to work for everyone else, why not you? Well… because if you don’t love maintaining spreadsheets, it’s nearly impossible. You are over the grind and want something easy that feels like it practically writes itself.

3. You want to spend less time searching for supper options and more time with your family in the evenings.

You are already tired by the time you get home and want to spend time with your family instead of agonizing over what to feed them. You want a quick and easy answer when someone asks, “What’s for dinner?” and you don’t want to have to go to a recipe blog to find it.

Can you imagine…

  1. You only spent 10 minutes on a Sunday planning your meals for the whole week. Now you don’t have to think about what to eat again until next week.

When you do go on Pinterest to look at recipes, it’s not because you’re burned out and exhausted, it’s because you’re energized and excited to try something new. You can devote your time to things you love, because the meal plan is already made, and you know it’s going to be food you and your family will enjoy.

2. You get to be the person who always knows what’s for supper.

You never have to try another meal planning method again. You know how to think like a meal planner. All the strategies, all the little tricks, all the things that make it easy are right at your fingertips. Meal planning feels easy and effortless. After a while, you can’t remember a time when it wasn’t easy.

3. You have free time to spend with the people you love.

You get home from work and can devote yourself to the people you love without having to make a decision about what to cook. The time you spend with your family gets to be full of warmth and peace, and you never have to stress anymore over what you’re going to feed them. Instead of surfing recipe blogs, you get to play a board game and relax.

Now that I know how meal planning really works,

I have those things… And so can you!

I never have to spend my evenings agonizing over what to have for dinner anymore. Instead, I get to spend time with my family, eating great food that we all love. Frequently I have the energy to try new recipes, but I have an extensive collection of favorites we rely on most of the time, right at my fingertips.

All my meal planning is so quick and easy that I laugh when I scroll past spreadsheet options. Not anymore, baby! Now I’m doing all my meal planning right from my phone in a few minutes on a Sunday afternoon.

The decision fatigue is gone! I’m free from the daily cycle of deciding what’s for dinner. What makes it even better is that since the grocery list is built in to the planning system, I have all the ingredients too, so instead of a last-minute grocery store run and seeing a bunch of strangers, I get to relax on the couch with the people I love.

And you can have all this too!

Who is this course for?

Beginner meal planners, and those frustrated by other methods

Whether you’re just starting to learn about meal planning or you’ve been trying to figure it out for what feels like forever, this course will show you the easiest way to meal plan, no frills no fuss. I tried frills and fuss for a long time, but it’s easier without them. Instead, I’ll teach you how to do everything you need to do and nothing you don’t.

Busy people looking to spend more time with their families than on recipe blogs.

I love recipe blogs - I really do. But if you want to spend more time with your family and less time searching for anything that’s better than whatever you made last night, this course will give you the skills to make it possible.

Who is this course NOT for?

This course was designed to show you how to create your own meal plan in just a few minutes. It’s not going to help you follow someone else’s meal plan made for someone else’s family living someone else’s life. It still takes a little work! It takes quite a bit of work on the front end, and while a lot of that work never has to be done again, taking the lazy approach won’t get you the results this course is designed to achieve.

If your struggle is with cooking confidence, check out our Creative Cooking course! It covers the basics of substituting ingredients and is a great step toward kitchen comfort.

People looking for made-for-you meal plans.

People who love spreadsheets and are looking for a pretty, aesthetic meal plan.

If you love spreadsheets, this is not the course for you. If you want a pretty, aesthetic meal plan that never changes, this course is not for you. The method taught in this course is flexible, personalize-able, and not always farmhouse kitchen chalkboard-worthy. Personally, I think it’s beautiful. But this course is for people who want to put their time into their loved ones and their hobbies instead of into making a gorgeous bullet journal out of their meal plan.

What if I have no idea how to even start meal planning?

That makes you the perfect candidate for How to Meal Plan, since the course covers everything from what meal planning is and why people do it, through how to actually do it, all the way through to what to do if the plan gets off track and how to pick it up again after a vacation or a break.

What if I’ve tried every meal planning method out there and none have worked?

Not unless you want to! Some people prefer to get a notebook or even use their notes app in their smartphone to do the exercises in this course and even to do their meal planning, but I’ve got all the resources you need in a downloadable, printable format in the Resources section after every video.

Then you’re right where I used to be! I tried everything out there, and finally found a method that works. I’m not making things up, I’m showing you the real methods I use every week to do my meal planning for my family. This is a different method than anything I’ve found. If other methods have failed you, then you can have confidence that this is the one that will work, because it works differently than other systems.

Will I have to purchase anything else besides this course?

Can I go back to lessons if I want to refresh my memory later?

Absolutely! Once you purchase the course, you have access to the course and all the resources at any time. If you decide to watch it again five minutes later, you can, and if you want to come back in three years, that’s okay too.

Will the course be updated over time? Will I have access to updates?

Can I just use free meal plans I find online?

While you could choose to do that, I recommend that you don’t. Trust me, you don’t want to develop spreadsheet fatigue like I did. I wasted so much time and so much money searching for the best spreadsheet or pre-made meal plan, and I can assure you, it wasn’t worth it. I can’t stop you from using someone else’s pre-made meal plans that don’t match your family’s tastes or lifestyle, but… seriously, it’s easier to just know how to do it yourself.

How do I know this meal plan method will really help me?

If I’m being very honest with you, which I strive to do, I can’t say for sure that you will be successful with this meal planning method. What I can say is that if you aren’t successful, I would love to hear from you about why because you would be the first person to really implement the system and not see success with it.

The course may be updated in the future, and you will certainly have access to any updates. I’ll even send you an email to the address you use to register for this course letting you know that I’ve updated it so you won’t miss a thing.

Scroll down a bit to the button that says, “Join now!” and fill in the information. You’ll be on your way to a meal plan you love in no time.
